5. Pre-Order Cancellations
You may request to cancel your pre-order before your order has shipped. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled and will be handled according to our Return and Refund Policy. Shipping timelines may vary depending on product availability, pre-order status, production, carrier performance, and delivery location. Once an order is shipped, delivery times are controlled by the shipping carrier. All Aboard Accessories™ is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages caused by incorrect shipping information, weather delays, customs delays, or other issues outside our control. The All Aboard Accessories™ Universal Stroller Board is designed to fit many stroller models using adjustable connection arms. However, stroller brands, models, frame shapes, wheel placements, and designs can vary. We do not guarantee that the stroller board will fit every stroller model, stroller year, stroller frame, or stroller design. Before use, customers are responsible for checking that: The stroller board is properly attached. Both connecting arms are securely fastened. The stroller frame is strong enough and appropriate for use with an attached stroller board. The child can stand safely and hold on properly. The product is being used according to the instructions. If you are unsure whether your stroller is compatible, please contact us before placing your order.
10. Product Safety and Proper Use
Our stroller board is intended to be used by children only under adult supervision. By purchasing or using our product, you agree to use it safely, responsibly, and only as directed. You agree that: A child should never use the stroller board without adult supervision. The stroller board should only be used by a child who can stand independently and hold on safely. The stroller board should not be overloaded. The product should not be used on unsafe surfaces, stairs, escalators, steep slopes, rough terrain, or dangerous areas.
