At All Aboard Accessories™, we want every family to feel confident when purchasing our stroller board. Our product is designed to make outings easier, smoother, and more enjoyable for parents and children. Because our stroller board is currently offered as a pre-order item, please review the policy below carefully before placing your order.
Pre-Order Policy
The All Aboard Accessories™ Stroller Board is currently available for pre-order only. Estimated delivery is within approximately 90 days from the date of purchase, unless otherwise updated by email.
By placing a pre-order, you understand that your order reserves your stroller board before it is ready to ship. We will do our best to keep customers updated regarding production, shipping, and delivery timelines.
Pre-Order Cancellations
You may request to cancel your pre-order before your order has shipped.
Once your order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled. At that point, it will fall under our return policy below.

Return Eligibility
We accept returns on eligible stroller boards within 30 days of delivery. 30 days starts after delivery, not from the pre-order purchase date.
Because our product does not come with clothing tags or retail-style tags, returns are not based on tags being attached. Instead, returned products must meet the following conditions:
The stroller board must be unused or only lightly inspected.
The stroller board must be returned in clean condition.
All original parts, wheels, connectors, arms, hardware, instruction materials, and packaging must be included.
The product must not show signs of heavy use, damage, misuse, improper installation, outdoor wear, scratches from extended use, missing parts, or customer-caused damage.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product is returned used, damaged, incomplete, dirty, or not in resellable condition.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns may not be accepted for:
Products that have been heavily used.
Products damaged due to improper installation.
Products damaged from misuse, accidents, rough handling, or failure to follow instructions.
Products missing parts, connectors, arms, wheels, hardware, or packaging.
Products returned after the 30-day return window.
Products purchased from a third-party seller or unauthorized reseller.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your stroller board as soon as it arrives.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, missing parts, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:
Your order number.
A description of the issue.
Clear photos or videos showing the problem.
Photos of the packaging, if the box was damaged during delivery.
If the issue is confirmed, we will work with you to provide a replacement part, replacement item, or other appropriate solution.
Compatibility Disclaimer
The All Aboard Accessories™ Stroller Board is designed to fit most major stroller models and includes adjustable connection arms for flexible installation. However, because stroller frames vary by brand, model, year, and design, we cannot guarantee a perfect fit on every stroller.
Before using the product, customers are responsible for making sure the stroller board is properly attached, secure, and safe for use with their specific stroller.
If you are unsure whether your stroller is compatible, please contact us before placing your order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank, credit card company, or payment provider to process the refund.
Original shipping charges, if any, may not be refundable unless the return is due to our error, a confirmed defect, or an incorrect item being sent.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective, damaged, missing parts, or incorrect due to our error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning your item. All Aboard Accessories™ is not responsible for returns that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.
Exchanges and Replacement Parts
In some cases, a full return may not be necessary. If your issue involves a wheel, connector, arm, hardware piece, or other replaceable part, we may offer a replacement part instead of requiring the entire product to be returned.
Our goal is to resolve product issues quickly and fairly so families can enjoy using their stroller board.
Safety and Proper Use
The All Aboard Accessories™ Stroller Board is intended for toddlers and young children who can stand independently and hold on safely while riding.
For safety, children should always be supervised while using the stroller board. The stroller board should only be used as directed and installed according to the included instructions.
Damage caused by improper use, unsafe use, overloading, incorrect installation, or failure to follow the instructions is not covered under this return policy.
